Douglas Deckard

Douglas Deckard is an accomplished IT Manager with extensive experience in information technology and project management. Currently serving at nGROUP since October 2022, Douglas previously held significant roles at Faurecia, ranging from Lead IT Tech to IT Regional Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing operations across multiple manufacturing sites and mentoring employees to achieve business goals. Douglas also excelled in project management, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, and has developed expertise in server management and network administration. Early in their career, Douglas worked as a Tool Maker, CNC Programmer, and Designer at BB&H Tool. Douglas holds a degree in Microsoft Network Administration from Indiana Business College.
