Andy Deng

Andy Deng is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Risk Manager - CPS 230 Lead at NGS Super since September 2025, Andy previously held the position of Manager, Enterprise Risk at Rest, where responsibilities included operationalizing the Risk Management Framework and providing guidance on risk management practices. Prior experience includes Senior Risk Consultant and Risk Analyst roles at Rest and Suncorp Group, respectively, where Andy was instrumental in implementing and overseeing risk frameworks and activities. Earlier career positions involved leadership and analytical roles at Rice Warner and Colonial First State, focusing on retail insurance and plan reviews.
