Shay Zingher has over 15 years of work experience, with a focus on leadership and business development. shay started their career in 2001 at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, where they served as a System Engineer and Project Manager until 2006. In 2007, they joined Ness Technologies as the VP of Business Development and Marketing, where they stayed until May 2012. Following that, Shay became the CEO of NGSoft Ltd. in 2012 and has held this position since then.

From 1991 to 1995, Shay Zingher attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
