Joseph Naylor

Joseph Naylor is currently the Safety and Training Director at NGT GROUP LLC, focusing on training development and safety compliance. Naylor has decades of experience in designing training programs for adult learners, a passion ignited during their service as a retired U.S. Army Special Operations Noncommissioned Officer. They have held various leadership roles, including a Ranger School Instructor, where they coached and mentored students in a challenging military environment. Additionally, Naylor owns J.A.C.E Consulting Group, which specializes in training and safety consulting services. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Christian Studies at Liberty University, supplementing their extensive education, which includes degrees in Political Science and Psychology.
