New Generation Training & Consultancy (NGTC) is a specialist training provider supporting the security, spectator safety, events, and customer service sectors across the UK.

Based in Greater Manchester, we work with well-known sporting organisations, venues, employers, and colleges to design and deliver high-quality, compliant training that reflects real operational practice. We understand the pressures facing employers and learners alike and make it easier to deliver training that produces confident, work-ready professionals.

NGTC was rated Good by Ofsted in December 2024, with Outstanding recognition for Personal Development. This reflects our strong learner support, clear progression pathways, and focus on developing professional behaviours alongside technical competence.

Our strength lies in our people and our close links to industry. We are led by an experienced management team and supported by a large network of qualified tutors and assessors, all of whom bring current, frontline experience into the programmes they deliver. Every course is shaped by best practice, regulatory requirements, and the realities of working in live environments.

We are a trusted provider of Security Industry Authority (SIA) and spectator safety qualifications, alongside specialist training for the events and customer-facing sectors. We also support individuals who are new to the industry or seeking employment, guiding them through course selection and supporting progression into suitable roles across security, stewarding, events, and hospitality.

At NGTC, training goes beyond certificates. It is about raising standards, building confidence, and developing people who contribute to safer, better-run venues and events.

Partner with NGTC to strengthen capability, compliance, and your future workforce.
