Green Filed project: End-to-end technical support to set up poultry processing facilities starting from selection of land for the project, choosing Equipment lines as per initial capacity and providing provision for future expansion. Optimizing the refrigeration unit based on chilling and freezing needs as per market off take, sizing the utility and waste management departments as per starting needs and future expansion. We also extend services in selection process while hiring quality manpower, workforce and training them as per the process needs. We extend support to get Regulatory and Quality certifications, establishing QA lab and training staff as per lab protocols. Support to establish IT surveillance and monitoring systems. Last but not the least the Branding that includes packaging until products reach market.    
 
Upgradation/Expansion/Diversification of existing poultry and meat processing facilities including further processing, retailing and new product development.
Issue based consulting services: Issues related processes, product quality etc study and offer solutions with detailed root cause analysis.
