Gary Richards

Gary Richards is currently the Inspection Manager at NHBC, where they manage a team of Registered Building Inspectors in Berkshire and North East Wiltshire to enhance compliance and quality in construction. Previously, Gary served as a Special Projects Building Inspector and a Building Inspector at NHBC from 2010 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Gary worked as an Assistant Site Manager at Redrow Homes from 1997 to 2000 and as a Construction Site Manager at Michael Shanly Homes from 2000 to 2003.
