Peter V.

Peter V. has extensive work experience in risk management and financial analysis. Peter is currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at NHBC. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Financial Risk and Head of Investment Risk at Pension Insurance Corporation. Peter also served as the Head of Risk and Compliance at Bupa Global Latin America, where they were responsible for implementing effective risk management and compliance programs across the region. Earlier in their career, they held various risk management roles at Partnership Life Assurance, Financial Services Authority, CIT Group (UK) Limited, Euler Hermes UK plc, and Coface UK. Peter V. has a strong background in managing financial and operational risks, implementing risk frameworks, and overseeing risk appetite.

Peter V. attended The John Fisher School from 1987 to 1994 where they completed their A-Levels. Following this, they pursued a BA in Applied economics at the University of Hertfordshire from 1994 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Peter V. obtained a Certificate in International Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management in 2011 and became a Professional Member of The Institute of Operational Risk (IOR) in 2015.
