Robert Boelema

Robert Boelema is an experienced Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer currently working at NHBC since November 2025. Previously, Robert served as Associate Director at Wardell Armstrong LLP from October 2004 to November 2025, focusing on site investigations and report preparation as a Chartered Geologist and Chartered Scientist. Prior roles include Contaminated Land Officer at the Environment Agency from 2001 to 2004 and Scientific Officer at the Council for Geoscience from 1989 to 1999. Robert holds an MSc in Economic Geology from Rhodes University, an MSc in Environmental Impact Assessment from the University of Liverpool, and a BSc (HONS) in Geology from the University of Pretoria.
