Tim Beale

Tim Beale is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction and housing industry. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at NHBC and as an Entrepreneur in Residence at The Ingenuity Lab - Haydn Green Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Tim's prior roles include Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Keepmoat, as well as a Non Executive Director at ilke Homes. Tim's leadership experience also includes significant positions at Crest Nicholson plc, where roles ranged from Executive Board Director to Managing Director, and earlier positions at Centex, Alfred McAlpine PLC, and Westbury PLC. Tim holds an MBA from Nottingham University Business School and a Post Graduate Diploma in Town and Country Planning from The University of Sheffield, complementing a foundational education in planning from the same institution.
