Tom Kitchen

Tom Kitchen is the Head of Business Support & Improvement at NHBC, where they focus on fostering a culture of excellence. Tom holds an MBA from The Open University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Brighton. They have served on the Board of Directors for NHBC Services Limited since 2015 and have held various roles at NHBC, including Senior Manager - Operations from 2010 to 2022. Additionally, Tom worked as a Business Development Director at the National Energy Foundation and as a Projects Consultant at National Energy Services Ltd.
