Dan Klein

Dan Klein is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics and sales, currently serving as the National Sea Logistics Trade Sales Manager for Kuehne + Nagel since March 2018. Klein specializes in national accounts across various commodities, including recycling and forest products. In addition to this role, Klein has been an Off-Ice Official for the National Hockey League since November 2007, tracking game statistics. Prior experience includes senior positions at Hapag-Lloyd (America) Inc and CSAV, where Klein managed sales teams, handled key accounts, and contributed to the growth of import and export sales. As the former president of Sovereign Container Line, Klein oversaw operations focused on the Latin American footwear and fashion markets. Klein’s career began at Norton Lilly International, where foundational skills in ocean freight sales were developed. A graduate of Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies, Klein possesses a well-rounded background in both logistics and communications.
