Daniel Smith

Daniel Smith is an experienced professional in the sports and retail sectors with a background in ice hockey and management. Currently serving as an Off-Ice Official for the National Hockey League in Seattle, Daniel records game statistics and ensures event accuracy. Previous positions include Assistant Manager at Hockey-Lacrosse Wolf Seattle, where oversight of daily operations and significant social media engagement growth were achieved. As a Vice President and Captain of the UW Men's Ice Hockey team, Daniel managed substantial budgets and logistics for team travel. Additional experience encompasses roles as an Ice Hockey Official with USA Hockey and the Western Hockey League, coaching at Kent Valley Ice Centre, and a co-founder of BnBSports. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Economy from the University of Washington and an Associate’s degree in Business from Highline College.
