Dave Baker

Dave Baker has extensive experience in the field of officiating within hockey, currently serving as Vice-President of Off-Ice Officials for the National Hockey League since 1998, where also holds the position of Officiating Manager. Prior to this role, Baker was the Manager of Officiating at Hockey Canada from 1994 to 1998. Baker's career began in the Canadian Federal Government's Department of National Defence, working as a Finance Clerk from 1984 to 1994. Educationally, Baker holds a degree in Recreation Facilities Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, and a High School Diploma from Cairine Wilson Secondary School.
