Jackson Ho

Jackson Ho is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as QA Manager at Inovata Foods Corp. since January 2009, where responsibilities include acting as an SQF Practitioner and Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). Jackson also holds the position of Arena Technical Coordinator with the National Hockey League (NHL) since November 2017. Prior experience includes roles as HACCP Coordinator at Inovata Foods Corp. and The Pasta Mill Ltd., as well as a QA Technician at The Pasta Mill Ltd. Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Alberta between 2001 and 2006.
