Jake Stein is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Fan Research & Insights at the National Hockey League (NHL) since December 2022. Prior to this role, Jake held positions at MarketCast from May 2020 to December 2022, including Associate Director and Manager within the Sports & Live Events division. Key accomplishments at MarketCast include leading the NFL Voice of the Fan study, managing a team focused on fan experience, and overseeing various comprehensive research projects for major professional sports leagues.
