Jeff Day

Jeff Day is a seasoned professional in event communications and player development, currently serving as Senior Director at the National Hockey League since December 2014, where responsibilities include promoting and executing major NHL events and creating various communications materials for executive stakeholders. Prior roles at the NHL include Director and Manager of Event Communications & Player Development. Jeff’s extensive background in the sports industry also includes experience as MGA Foundation Programs Manager at the Metropolitan Golf Association, where event planning and oversight of the GOLFWORKS Student Intern Program were key duties. Additional roles include volunteer coaching, event coordination for charitable initiatives, and an early internship at the NHL, all supported by a strong educational foundation in psychology and sport business management from Allegheny College and Manhattanville University.
