Joseph Dibble

Joseph Dibble is an experienced technical project manager and ice hockey official with a diverse background in project management, product development, and officiating. Currently serving as an Arena Technical Coordinator for the National Hockey League since January 2021, Joseph has also officiated over 2000 ice hockey games through USA Hockey since September 2002. Prior roles include Technical Project Manager for Creative Circle at Google, Sr. Technical Project Manager at Square Panda Inc., Senior Product Manager at Populus Group for eBay, and Engineering Project Manager at Apple. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of San Francisco School of Management.
