Steven Kaplan

Steven Kaplan, MBA, has extensive experience in ticket operations within the sports industry, currently serving as the Coordinator of Ticket Operations for the National Hockey League since February 2023. Prior to this role, Steven worked for the New York Yankees in various positions, including Ticket Operations Representative and Ticket Operations Associate, where responsibilities included selling tickets, processing payments, and training staff on ticketing systems. Steven's background also includes game operations for the Bridgeport Sound Tigers and the New York Lizards, as well as various internships focused on sales, marketing, and operations in sports environments. Steven holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Haven and a BS in Sports Management from the same institution.
