Ted Lauer

Ted Lauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at BlueCrest since July 2018, Ted has also played a crucial role as an Arena Technical Coordinator for the National Hockey League since December 2013, providing operational support and ensuring connectivity for game day productions. Prior to these roles, Ted spent over 30 years at Pitney Bowes as a Customer Service Representative, specializing in technical service for complex processing equipment. Ted holds an educational background from Nashville State Community College, attended from 1981 to 1983.
