Tor Arnesen is a partner and leadership consultant, currently serving as the Chair of the Board at PeoplewithE. With over three decades of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Tor retired from Shell in 2017 after a distinguished career that included senior HR and business roles both in Norway and internationally. Since then, Tor has engaged in various board positions, including roles with the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate, Energy Transition Norway, and other organizations. Additionally, Tor is recognized as an acclaimed magical entertainer.
