Giada Bugnini

Giada Bugnini is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and legal counsel. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at NHOA since September 2023, Bugnini previously held the position of Contract Manager at Tecnimont from June to September 2023, specializing in the review of contracts for large-scale projects in the oil and gas sector. Prior to that, Bugnini worked at Tyco Integrated Fire & Security Continental Europe from September 2015 to July 2023, where roles included Lawyer, Contract Manager, and Legal Intern. Additionally, Bugnini contributed legal expertise at Johnson Controls from February 2017 to July 2023. Educational qualifications include a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and a specialization course in the English language from the Berlitz Method in 2016.
