David Barroso

David Barroso has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. From 2021, they have been working at Nhost, initially as the Principal Engineer, Backend and Infrastructure, and currently serving as the CTO. Prior to Nhost, they worked at Fastly as the Principal Engineer, Network Systems from 2016 to 2021. Before that, David was a Network Specialist at Spotify from 2013 to 2016. David also worked as a Networking Engineer at NTT Europe Ltd. from 2011 to 2013. David's career began at Atlas Information Technology in 2004, where they served as a Network & Systems Engineer, handling responsibilities such as network and Linux server management.

David Barroso pursued their education at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2005 to 2008, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. David demonstrated further commitment to their professional development by obtaining additional certifications. In August 2013, they successfully completed the "Software Defined Networking" certification course offered by Coursera. Additionally, in June 2013, they achieved the certification for "An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python" from the same institution.
