Laura Ryan

Laura Ryan has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Laura started their career in 2004 at NHS Borders as an Out of Hours GP and later became the Clinical Lead for Primary Care Unscheduled Care. In 2010, they also held the position of Chair for the National Out Of Hours Operational Group at NHS Scotland. In 2013, Laura joined NHS 24 as an Associate Medical Director and then became the Executive Medical Director in 2018. During this time, they also worked as the Interim Medical Director and then the Medical Director at NHS24 from 2017. In 2018, Laura briefly worked as a Professional Advisor at the Strategic Change Division of the Scottish Government.
