Scott Jaffray is a Senior ICT Professional with a strong background in Information and Communications Technology management and strategy. They served as the Head of ICT at NHS Forth Valley from 2006 to 2011 and continued as the Head of ICT/eHealth until 2021, leading eHealth and ICT services while also chairing the Clinical Portfolio Management Group. Scott earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering & Networks from Napier University and holds an HND in Computing from Falkirk College of Technology.
