Wayne Strong

Wayne Strong currently serves as the Head of Maintenance for NHS Grampian since January 2022. Previously, Wayne held the role of Mature Asset Transformation Lead at PBS by Ponticelli, where leadership was provided for the transformation of Total's NNS assets. Other notable positions include Maintenance Manager and Maintenance and TAR Manager at Ineos FPS, as well as Mechanical Engineer roles at BP and Woodgroup Engineering. Wayne has extensive experience managing maintenance activities, executing integrity projects, and overseeing mechanical operations across various offshore and onshore facilities. Wayne holds a BEng Hons degree in Mechanical Engineering from Robert Gordon University.
