Joseph Pointer

Joseph Pointer has extensive experience in membership management and customer relationship management, currently serving as CRM Manager at NHS Providers since February 2020, after progressing through roles as Membership and CRM Officer and Membership and CRM Administrator. Prior to NHS Providers, Joseph worked as a Case Administrator at London CRC for one year, efficiently disseminating information. Joseph also held roles at ProspectAware Limited from December 2014 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing data sourcing and a data team as Delivery Operations Executive EMEA, and gaining foundational marketing skills as a CRM/Marketing Executive. Education includes studies at Blackfen School Sixth Form from 2012 to 2014 and Hurstmere School from 2007 to 2012.
