Aga White

Aga White is the founder of The Aligned Practice, where they provide tailored career coaching services for neurodiverse individuals and those facing mental health challenges. They have a rich background in management and customer relations, having previously worked as a Senior Employment Specialist and Team Leader at the NHS, and as an Internal Key Account Manager at RS Components. Aga has also held roles at Hilti Great Britain and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they developed sales strategies and customer service practices. They earned a degree with a 2:1 from the University of Hertfordshire.
