Allan Ruan

Allan Ruan is the Head of Digital at NEL, where they lead technology strategies and systems implementation, particularly in Business Intelligence and Cloud solutions. They have a proven track record of managing large programs and enhancing stakeholder engagement, exemplified by the successful Business Intelligence portal serving over 30 customers across the NHS. Previously, Allan held various roles, including Senior SharePoint Lead for NHS South West London and Associate Partner at NHS South East CSU. Allan graduated with a BSc in Computer Science from Swansea University in 1998.
