Allison Weston is currently the Clinical Lead in Plastic Surgery at Ipswich within the East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust, where they also serve as a Staff Governor. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, they held various roles including Nurse Specialist and Surgical Practitioner for Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery at the NHS. Earlier in their career, they served as a Nursing Sister at Windsor Castle and contributed to The Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust. Allison received education at Suffolk College from 1982 to 1984.
