Amardeep Dhesi is a Senior Clinical Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber specializing in asthma, COPD, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and CKD management. Currently leading a CKD management project across the PCN and serving as the asthma lead for five practices, Amardeep conducts structured medication reviews and supports GP surgeries to enhance prescribing practices. With a dedicated interest in mental health management, Amardeep is also training to become an Advanced Clinical Practitioner. Previously, Amardeep held various pharmacy positions at Boots UK from 2020 to 2022 and has been working as a locum pharmacist since 2019. Amardeep pursued advanced clinical practice training at City St George’s, University of London, which they are currently attending.
