Bethan Richards is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and personal injury cases. Currently serving as a Grade 7 Employment Lawyer at the Government Legal Department since November 2025, Bethan has also held various roles at NWSSP Legal & Risk Services from November 2021 to November 2025, including Legal Executive and Employment Paralegal.
