Caroline Eardley is currently the Head of Occupational Health and Wellbeing at NHS, a position they have held since 2020. They previously served as an Occupational Health Manager from 2014 to 2020, and as an Occupational Health Advisor from 2005 to 2012. Caroline earned a Master of Science in Organisational Leadership and Management from Liverpool John Moores University in 2021, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Specialist Community Public Health from the University of Chester, completed in 2009.
