Caroline Wroe is currently the National Associate Director of Health and Care Research at the NIHR Research Delivery Network. Previously, they served as a Consultant Kidney Specialist with the NHS since 2011. Caroline held several leadership positions, including Chair of the Oasis Community Housing from 2017 to 2019 and Chair of the UK Living Kidney Donation network at NHS Blood and Transplant from 2017 to 2022. They also served as Deputy Director and are now the Clinical Director of the NIHR Clinical Research Network North East and North Cumbria, a role they have held since 2019.
