Chris Harris is a systems leader with expertise in housing, homelessness, and health and care. Currently serving as the Interim Deputy Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Chris oversees annual planning and strategy while managing director responsibilities for three specialist Provider Collaboratives. Previously, Chris played a pivotal role in developing the UK's first ICS level Mental Health and Housing Strategy during their time at West Sussex County Council. With 15 years of experience in strategic commissioning and leadership roles within Local Authorities and the NHS, Chris has a strong track record of delivering collaborative programs that improve outcomes for communities. Chris holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Philosophy, Logic, and Scientific Method from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
