David Levy

David Levy is the Medical Director for the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board, leading a multiprofessional team to enhance integrated health and social care. They are an experienced healthcare leader with a focus on patient-centered care and systemic transformation, demonstrated through their previous roles as Regional Medical Director for NHS North West and Midlands and East. David was honored for their contributions to the NHS Academic Health Science Networks as part of the Smith review in 2015. They are currently engaged as the Independent Chair of the Adult Gender Services Provider Improvement Network, aiming to improve patient care across England. David trained at the Royal London Medical School, earning a Bachelor of Science and medical degrees.
