Dirk Brinkmann

Dirk Brinkmann is a highly experienced medical professional specializing in gynaecology and oncology. Commencing the medical career with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Cape Town (1986-1991), Dirk completed a residency at Brown Medical School (1995-1996) and further trained in ultrasound scanning at Harvard Medical School in the same year. From 1996 to 1999, Dirk served as a Specialist Registrar at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and affiliated hospitals, followed by a role as a Research Fellow at the Medical College of St Bartholomew's Hospital & C (2000-2002). Since March 2005, Dirk has been a Consultant Gynaecology Oncology at NHS and has held a position as a Consultant Gynaecologist and Cancer Surgeon at Spire Hospital Portsmouth since June 2005, focusing on delivering high-quality care and enhancing patient experiences.
