Donna Mighty

Donna Mighty is currently the Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at the NHS and serves as a Board Trustee in the charity sector. Previously, they held multiple roles at Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust from 2016 to 2021, including Assistant Primary Care Liaison Manager, Freedom to Speak up Guardian, Chair of the BME Staff Network, and Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) Expert. Donna is also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Salford and has another Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Bolton.
