Dr Frances Dodd

Dr. Frances Dodd is currently the Head of the NHS North West Leadership Academy. They previously served as the Associate Director of People Experience at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, where they led initiatives in wellbeing, equity, inclusion, and diversity. Dr. Dodd has held various leadership roles in education and consultancy, including positions at the University of Leeds and York St. John University, focusing on business development and partnerships. They earned a Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology from Northumbria University and a Master's in Occupational Psychology from the University of Sheffield.
