Dylan McDermott is a dedicated individual with extensive experience in various roles related to psychology and support services. Currently serving as a Stage Crew Member at Cambridge Arts Theatre since January 2023, previous experience includes positions as CR Welfare Officer at St Edmund's College and a Private Tutor for Oxbridge applicants. Dylan has also contributed to fundraising efforts for the College and worked as a Healthcare Assistant in the NHS, supporting patients with complex needs. In May 2025, Dylan will take on the role of Honorary Assistant Psychologist with Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, coordinating service evaluations and participating in therapeutic discussions.
