Elspeth Reid is a consultant anaesthetist with over two decades of experience at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. Having completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Glasgow and a transformational diploma in coaching, Elspeth combines medical expertise with coaching skills to help clients prioritize their well-being.
