En-Ming Tham is a Health Inequality GP at Brent Health Matters since January 2023, focusing on reducing avoidable health disparities. Since October 2019, En-Ming has served as an Enhanced Care Home Support GP at the London North West Healthcare NHS Trust, providing proactive and reactive healthcare and palliative care.
