Gemma Roper

Gemma Roper is an experienced mental health professional, currently serving as Director and RMN at MindUnity since May 2022, where a commitment to accessible and high-quality mental health care has led to the delivery of CQC-approved community mental health nursing services, with a focus on dual diagnosis and addictions. Gemma's extensive experience includes working as an RMN within the NHS and private sectors, alongside roles in business development and operations at Kore Systems Ltd, where instrumental contributions were made during the company's inception. Previous positions include RMN roles at Priory Roehampton and Nightingale Hospital, as well as clinical advising at Medstrom and management of complex caseloads for Telford & Wrekin Council’s Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service. Education was received from King's College London and the University of Staffordshire.
