Gill Elms has extensive experience in security and management across various sectors, including a role as Dedicated Search Team Leader at High Secure Estate from 2000 to 2003, focusing on target searching and evidence preservation. Additionally, Gill served as Leisure Industries Supervisor at Sefton Council from 1995 to 2000, and held multiple positions within the NHS, including Security Manager and Security Intelligence Analyst from 2014 to 2018, before becoming Senior Security Intelligence Analyst at NHS High Secure Estate.
