Halima Dagia

Halima Dagia, a Chartered FCIPD member, is an accomplished Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager with a diverse background in the NHS spanning over 14 years. They have held various roles, including Senior Complaints Coordinator and BAME Strategy Project Lead, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills. Halima is recognized as one of the Top 50 Influential Muslims in Europe and has received multiple awards for their contributions to EDI. They hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a BA (Hons) in Sociology, and currently serves as a Co-Chair of the National NHS Muslim Network while continuing to advocate for health inequalities and EDI initiatives.
