Heather Brown has extensive experience in human resources and care coordination, starting as an Independent Business Owner in Human Resources Outsourcing at Professional Staffing from October 2014 to October 2015, focusing on recruitment and training. Following a contract role as HR Administrator at CDR Contracts, Heather worked at Constantia Care as a Care Coordinator and Trainer from March 2017 to August 2018, where responsibilities included managing a team of carers and creating training materials.
