Hilary Maxwell

Hilary Maxwell serves as the Director at Dorset Women CIC since September 2023 and has held the position of Chair of the BGCS Nursing Forum with the British Gynaecological Cancer Society since December 2020. Hilary is also the Chair and CEO of GO Girls, a role maintained since 2015, and has been a Gynae-Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist at Dorset County Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since July 2014. Previous experience includes interim chair for Patient & Public Involvement at Wessex Cancer Alliance and various managerial roles in NHS settings, including Theatre Matron and Pre Operative Service Manager. Hilary’s educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Genomics from the University of the West of England and several certifications in nursing and healthcare management.
