James Cook has a diverse background in customer service and technology, with experience spanning several roles in various organizations. After starting as a Customer Service Assistant and progressing to a Customer Service Specialist at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services from March 2017 to April 2019, James transitioned to Big Youth Group as a Digital Marketing Intern from April 2019 to May 2020.
