James Norman is an experienced International Health & Life Science Solutions Director and co-founder of Tech4CV19, as well as Chair of All4Health&Care. With over 20 years in healthcare and the Department of Health, James has held various leadership positions, including CIO roles at both Dell Technologies and NHS. They have actively contributed to the adoption of digital transformation and big data analytics in public sector organizations. James has served on the techUK Health & Social Care Council, and was recognized as one of the top 50 Data leaders in 2016 by Information Age. Currently, James is also a mentor in the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur program.
