Jane Winters

Jane Winters has extensive nursing experience with the NHS since February 2008, currently serving as an RGN Band 8b at NHS Locum while also holding a position as a Senior Band 5 RGN. Responsibilities include providing nursing care across various surgical specialties such as Orthopaedics, Cardiac Surgery, and Obstetrics, leading a Theatre Team, and participating in surgical procedures. Jane is involved in pre-operative and post-operative care, collaborates with medical staff to ensure patient safety and smooth operations in the operating department, and has contributed to the creation of procedure manuals. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in HE Nursing from Lancaster University and a Practitioner Course in CBT from the University of Birmingham.
